Murphy Anderson Lawyers File SCOTUS Amicus Brief in Vaccine Mandate Case

December 27, 2021

Murphy Anderson lawyers Michael T. Anderson, Mark Hanna and Adam Breihan filed an amicus brief in the Supreme Court on behalf of the National Employment Lawyers Association and Jobs with Justice Education Fund.

The amicus brief posits that the petitioners’ arguments against a vaccine mandate conflicts with other employee mandates routinely approved by courts, including employee drug testing, physical qualification standards, and protective gear requirements.
