Murphy Anderson Attorneys Speak at National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) Conference
Mark Hanna and David Rodwin were featured speakers at the 2026 National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) Conference in New Orleans.
Mark Hanna was a panelist on a whistleblower panel titled “Identifying Potential Whistleblower Issues in Employment Cases” that provided conference attendees with an overview of developments in state and federal whistleblower enforcement. Hanna focused on the interplay between the False Claims Act (FCA) and whistleblower retaliation laws and the difficult decisions a whistleblower and their lawyer make when evaluating potential claims.
David Rodwin moderated a panel concerning “Trends in State Wage & Hour Litigation & Legislation” in which he highlighted Murphy Anderson’s cutting edge work in enforcement of state wage theft statutes, particularly prevailing wage cases.
