Adam C. Breihan

Adam Breihan is a partner in the Washington office of Murphy Anderson, where he represents workers and unions. He previously worked for the firm as an associate and as a George R. Murphy public interest fellow.

Adam graduated from the University of California Berkeley School of Law, where he was Co-Editor in Chief of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law and where he served as a Director of the East Bay Workers’ Rights Clinic. During law school, he also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marsha S. Berzon of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Following his fellowship with Murphy Anderson and before returning to the firm as an associate, Adam served as a law clerk to the Honorable Elaine E. Bucklo of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago.
