D.C. Federal Court Rules in Favor of Murphy Anderson Client in Pension Dispute

U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss today issued a decision in favor of the Clark County Education Association, concerning a pension dispute it had with a multi-employer pension fund.  In his decision, he largely upheld an arbitration decision rendered in the CCEA’s favor and he rejected arguments seeking to vacate the award.
