Murphy Anderson welcomes Adreanna Sellers

Adreanna Sellers has joined Murphy Anderson an associate in our Washington office.

While in law school, Adreanna worked as a student attorney in the UNC Law Critical Race Lawyering Civil Rights Clinic. She also interned at the Project on Predatory Student Lending at the Harvard Legal Services Center, the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, and the NAACP Legal Defense Fund. She served as a legal extern for Justice Anita Earls of the Supreme Court of North Carolina.

Adreanna is a co-founder of the North Carolina Civil Rights Law Review and served as its Editor-in-Chief. Adreanna was the President of the UNC Black Law Students Association and Co-Chair of the 2020-2021 Conference on Race, Class, Gender, and Ethnicity.  She was inducted into UNC Law’s James E. and Carolyn B. Davis Society, which recognizes law school graduates exemplifying leadership, character, and academic excellence.

Adreanna is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina.
