Jason Veny Profiled Speaker on Social Justice and Labor Movement in National Black Law Student Association and UDC Panels

On January 13, Jason Veny presented at a Union Lawyers Alliance panel in collaboration with the National Black Law Students Association on “Working in the Labor Movement to Advance Social and Racial Justice.”

The panel was moderated by Nicholas Hall, Associate General Counsel of the AFL-CIO. Fred Raymond (Secretary-Treasurer of the AFL-CIO), Pamela Patton Frynes (Senior Counsel of the New York State United Teachers), Kena Cador (Beeson, Tayor & Bodine) and Kyle Campbell (Associate General Counsel of AFSCME) also appeared on the panel.

Also, on October 26, 2021, Veny presented in the “Law and Leadership” series along UDC Law School Dean Renee Hutchins, on labor law trends and social justice.
