Military Procurement
The past several years of United States military engagement have yielded extensive military procurement fraud, which threatens the safety of our service men and women. Murphy Anderson has represented multiple qui tam relators who reported fraud in Department of Defense (DoD) contracting. Our cases have involved faulty construction in military construction projects, malfunctioning safety equipment, defective military aircraft parts, and the failure to perform personal services at the quality called for in the contract.
