Murphy Anderson Welcomes Nicole Rubin and Ricardo Perez

Nicole Rubin and Ricardo Perez have joined Murphy Anderson as associates in our Washington office.

Prior to starting at Murphy Anderson, Nicole served as a judicial law clerk on the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Nicole graduated from Harvard Law School. During law school, Nicole worked as a student attorney for Greater Boston Legal Services. She was a lead student writing editor for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review (CRCL), lead organizer for the Harvard chapter of the People’s Parity Project, and President of the Harvard Law School Alliance for Reproductive Justice.

Ricardo graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was a Robina Public Interest Scholar and a Program Coordinator for the Asylum Law Project. During law school, Ricardo clerked at the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and was a Peggy Browning Fellow at Murphy Anderson.

Prior to law school, Ricardo was an examiner with the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions.
