Murphy Anderson Attorneys Speak at NELA Conference; Mark Hanna Elected New NELA Vice President

Murphy Anderson’s Mark Hanna was a panelist in a session concerning misclassification of employees as independent contractors at the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) conference in San Francisco. Murphy Anderson’s Ann Lugbill moderated at a panel concerning developments in whistleblower and retaliation protections.
During the conference, the NELA Board of Directors elected Hanna to be NELA’s Vice President of Public Policy.
