Mark Hanna quoted in Law360 article on protections for essential workers

Mark Hanna was quoted in a Law360 article on the Department of Labor's initiative to help essential workers ensure their wage and hour rights.
"Employers have cut hours and failed to pay essential workers," Hanna said in a statement to Law360 on Monday. "The administration's initiative provides clear guidance to employers and employees about rights and responsibilities. The next step for DOL is to follow their strong guidance with enforcement."
The initiative has specific guidance for farm workers, young workers, restaurant workers and H-2B workers. There is also guidance for pay for time spent in temperature screenings.
