Caleb Jackson joins Murphy Anderson as the 2018-2019 George R. Murphy Fellow

Caleb Jackson is Murphy Anderson’s 2018-2019 George R. Murphy Public Interest Fellow.

Caleb received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law with a specialization in Critical Race Studies. He received his B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University.

While in law school, Caleb was Co-Editor-in-Chief of the National Black Law Journal and Co-President of the Black Law Students Association. He spent his first summer as an intern with a boutique litigation firm and as an extern for the Honorable Vanessa D. Gilmore, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas. He spent his second summer as an intern with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund. He also served as a research assistant to two UCLA Law professors and as the Lead Scholar for the UCLA Law Fellows Program, which introduces promising undergraduates from diverse backgrounds to the legal profession.

Caleb is a proud native of Dallas, Texas.
