Murphy Anderson Welcomes Summer Law Clerks

Murphy Anderson has two summer clerks working with us this summer. Nicholas Hart is a law student at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and joins us as a Plato Papps Fellow. Prior to attending law school, Nicholas worked in the U.S. House of Representatives and as a political fundraiser in New York and Florida. He graduated cum laude from the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music and attended the Juilliard School where he studied music performance and music history.

Melanie Benesh is a law student at Georgetown and joins us as a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow. She is a member of the Georgetown Journal of International Law and previously interned for the Center for Justice and International Law, an organization that does international human rights in the Inter-American system. Prior to law school, Melanie spent three years organizing high school and college students around immigrant, student, and worker rights issues with Voces de la Frontera in Wisconsin. Melanie graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University.
