Murphy Anderson Welcomes Andrea Obando as its 2014 Peggy Browning Fund Summer Law Clerk

Andrea is currently a law student at the University of California at Berkeley. She is active in the Legal Aid Society-Employment Law Center's Workers' Rights Clinic and next year she will direct the Workers' Rights Clinic at Centro Legal de La Raza.
Andrea is a graduate of Dartmouth College. Prior to law school, Andrea joined Teach for America and taught for two years in a low-income middle school in Houston, where she joined the Houston Federation of Teachers.
