Mindy Holmes to present at National Black Law Students Association event
Murphy Anderson’s Mindy Holmes will speak at the Labor Lawyers Fight for Racial and Economic Justice event, which will be presented by the National Black Law Students Association and the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on February 7, 2023.
Holmes, General Counsel for the American Postal Workers Union, will join Angela Thompson (General Counsel of the Communications Workers of America), Bart Sheard (AFL-CIO Legislative Representative), Christian Smalls (President of the Amazon Labor Union), Samantha Dulaney (General Counsel of the International Alliance of Theatrical & Stage Employees) and Raven Hall (AFL-CIO Associate General Counsel).
The program will focus on how labor lawyers support workers in their fight for dignity, safety and economic fairness in the workplace. The program will be presented on Zoom, and anyone interested in attending can click here to register. Law students are encouraged to join in!
