Joni Jacobs discusses NLRB at UFCW New York-New Jersey Convention

Joni Jacobs served as a featured presenter at the 37^th convention of the UFCW New York—New Jersey District Council in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Her presentation, “The Trump NLRB: Making It Harder for Unions,” discussed recent NLRB decisions and General Counsel memos that impose more burdens on unions, including with respect to dues-authorization cards and the duty of fair representation.

Joni provided advice on how unions can overcome those burdens and continue to organize employees and help them fight for fair working conditions.
