Michael DeJesus

Michael DeJesus is a Visiting Counsel in our Washington office. 

Michael is a committed advocate for individuals in the face of institutional wrongdoing. He predominately represents whistleblowers under the False Claims Act or other administrative programs. He also has experience representing individuals in employment disputes and defending those accused of defamation. 

As a law student Michael participated in the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic and was a member of the Federal Communications Law Journal. He previously interned for AARP Foundation Litigation, Government Accountability Project, and the Whistleblower Office of the CFTC. Prior to law school, Michael was the Public Interest Advocacy Fellow at The Anti-Fraud Coalition, an organization of whistleblower attorneys.
